Prices and Offers

Price for the apartments: 75 – 165 Euro/day (valid for a minium stay of 3 days).

• We ask for a deposit.
• For each further person we charge 20 Euro extra.
• Check in starting from 2 pm.

On Sundays, the apartments are not ready before 5:30 pm. We ask for your understanding.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB

In the case of the unexpected causing you to forego your holiday, the following conditions apply:

• You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date.
• If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 3 days of your holiday.
• If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 70% of the booking will be charged.

We recommend our ’Red Rooster’ cancellation protection policy so that you can spare yourself unnecessary costs.
